Control Center is a platform used for internal agents to troubleshoot customer issues and conduct investigations. Our team was tasked with merging 2 legacy tools into the platform that were used for monitoring futures trading conducted in the US and International trading markets. With roughly 4,000 agents without tooling access and other agents confused about which tools to use, customer satisfaction scores fell below 48%. With a complex financial domain, a multi-product offering and only 1 sprint to complete, we needed to move quickly to enable the business to support these critical capabilities
